Rigging the LEGO model was a challenge for me. Firstly, with the amount of individual parts I had, making sure that all of the mapping weights were correct took a long time as sometimes there would be one vertex being affected by something it shouldn’t be and that would throw the model out of shape. Secondly, there was many iterations that I went through to make sure that it was perfect for the character I was using. Having parts that had holes in them or were attached to a certain joint also took a couple tries to figure out what I was doing.
